About Us
Empowering Youth, Supporting Mental Health
Youth Association for Mental Health (YAMH), formerly known as Peel Centre for Women and Girls, is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting youth mental health. Led by young individuals who understand the struggles firsthand, YAMH provides a safe space where youth and their families can access support, resources, and community-driven care.
