About YAMH

Supporting Youth Mental Health

Youth Association for Mental Health (YAMH), formerly known as Peel Centre for Women and Girls, is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young individuals by providing accessible mental health support. Led by those who understand the challenges firsthand, we create a safe and welcoming space for youth and their families to seek guidance, share experiences, and find the support they need.

At YAMH, we believe mental health is just as important as physical well-being. Our programs, including support groups, counseling, educational workshops, and referral services, are designed to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people. We are committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and ensuring that no one has to face their struggles alone.

Join us in fostering a compassionate community where every young person feels heard, valued, and supported.
